Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged per pet.
No exotic animals are permitted including reptiles, snakes, spiders, iguanas, pigs, ferrets, and monkeys.
No caged animals are permitted including rabbits, rodents, rats, and hamsters.
No purebred or mixed bred dogs with any of the following breeds are permitted: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Akitas.
